"I don’t usually leave reviews, but honestly Allison at Brian Strasberger’s State Farm office really deserves this one.

Insurance stuff can get stressful, confusing, annoying, all of the above, and from day one Allison was there literally every step of the way. Any question I had, she answered. Any concern I had, she reassured me about. She kept following up, checking in, updating me, and never once made me feel like I was bothering her.

You could tell she genuinely cared, not just doing her job to get through the day. She really went above and beyond for me and honestly held my hand through the whole process when I needed it. That type of patience and dedication is rare nowadays.

I feel like people are very quick to complain when something goes wrong, but not quick enough to acknowledge people that truly put their heart into helping others. Allison absolutely deserves to be recognized for the effort, care, and time she puts into her clients.
